I just think some folks minds are made up about him no matter what the numbers have said.
I’ve always been more prone to be more patient with a guy that has the movement and k/9 then if he was a junk baller.
Kid may only be a bottom of the rotation or bullpen arm but his ceiling is still that of a solid 3/4 which is more then you can say of the guys he has been lumped in with in Wilson/muller/Newcombe/Wright etc
