But I'm thinking if I was near Kansas I'd be protesting his funeral.

I would drink a beer, pull my britches down and piss on his grave, would schit on it if it wasn't for indecent exposure.

Then I would dare any of their members to man up and face me, pitiful spineless bastards.

So in the last few minutes of his life; if he truly repented, accepted God and asked for forgiveness would he be in Heaven right now?

tough to answer.

According to the book, yes, but I have a gut feeling some people just don't get that benefit methinks.

Being a total asshole your whole life and you are on your deathbed and pray and such, I think the Big Man can see through subterfuge.

So many vile thoughts running through my mind, but all I can say is that I'm no position to send anyone to eternal damnation, so I'll keep them to myself.

I think this says is pretty well!! Does he deserve the worst we can muster? Abso-freakin-lutely!! Does that mean we're right in giving it to him? No, not unless we're without blemish.

Each man's death diminishes me . . . but, uh, some less than others.

Well you aren't an island after all.

No, you don't protest. Are you stooping to his level if you do?

i wouldn't protest his funeral

he doesn't deserve a minute of my time to protest his sad existence

the real story is his family kicked him out of his "church" while he was on deaths bed

it would explain a lot if they found out that he was gay himself or into gay porn etc

Kudos to you though for referencing my second most favorite poet.
