I criticize Fredi a lot over bullpen management because I think it matters, in terms of game results and the health and effectiveness of the staff.

With lineup construction, I find some of it odd but can't get excited since it has been shown lineup construction matters very little.

Platoon matchups (for our hitters) fall somewhere in between, not as important as handling the pen correctly but somewhat consequential over the course of the season.

It's up to the team to challenge the play, they did and should've on a close play. We didn't but had we, then we'd likely had it overturned based on two replays showing Upton coming up on bag as ball arrives in the glove. But Fredi didn't use our challenge for some reason so no replay.
