Can't judge a player just because he doesn't slam his bat or helmet on the ground after K'ing. You can see when he k's the long look of disappointment he has when walking to the dugout. Way oversimplifying. Swinging for the fences is a very common trait in pressing too much, and he's been doing it since he got here. Not because he "doesn't care." It's a lot easier said than done to stop pressing. And no, he could not hit .300 regardless of anything.***
