Povse has been solid so far no? He probably isn't age appropriate for his level I'd imagine though.

Futures game is on and Peraza just beat out a sharp grounder to third with ease.

So who's the manager at AA and why does he think Matt Kennelly should be anywhere near the 3rd spot in the batting order? Is it the .700 OPS? We seem to have a system wide disconnect about which players should be the ones getting the most ab's...

Aaron Holbert managed in the AFL two seasons ago, but he has been freewheeling with the M-Braves lineup all year long. With Peraza gone, he was probably going with a random order for a day or so. Hard to argue with his record this year.

Even with our farm being "weaker" this year than in the past few seasons we still keep producing big league talent year in and year out. Peraza is unbelievable, all he does is produce and looks like he will be a big time player for us in the near future.

That's two of three for Rome, yes? Must be a season-best for them.

He's had his best player hitting 6th all year. Kennelly has been hitting in front of better players the entire time too. It's fairly easy to argue it and their record means nothing since the name of the game is player development and better talents should get the lion's shares of the ab's.

Unjinx.

Kubitza just keeps hitting. No one really blocking him in AAA right?
