He is 2-10 with 2 walks. Yea that is only a .200 average but he's been robbed a couple times too so not a concern. Plus his .333 OBP for a small sample is fine. Further, Peterson has already saved a run with his defense and showed no fear taking the extra base on Stanton.

I love his contact rate. Without looking it up, I'd guess it's very good compared to the rest of the league. I think his pop ups come when he's trying to destroy the ball. Maybe this season he will finally just let his beautiful swing drive the ball. He doesn't need to be a power hitter.
