Its starting to become obvious that Jose Uribe, not Chris Johnson, is going to get most of the starts at 3b.

Its starting to become obvious that Jose Uribe, not Chris Johnson, is going to get most of the starts at 3b.

Chris Johnson numbers vs righties has a lot to do with that, he has continued to be terrible against them. So he should probably only start against lefties and select righties he's had some success against. Plus going from CJ to Uribe on defense is a night and day difference too.

Playing AJ, signing Lavarnway, and calling on the Brewers about Lucroy seem to indicate that the org doesn't have a lot of confidence in Christal Beth.

If he figures it out and that is a big if, then we can discuss him.

We rushed him a bit. He should be spending most of this season in AAA. Even if he turns out to be just a backup there is value there.

As bad as we've sucked tonight, a decent offensive inning and we'd be back in it. As long as this game's been, it's still only the top of the sixth down three runs. That said, if we're not the next team to score, I'm calling it a night.
