Jose Peraza, Gwinnett, is batting .366 over his past 10 games and .300 on the season. The speedy middle infielder is 19-for-22 on stolen base attempts and has set a career high with two homers on the year. Peraza has seen action most recently at second base with the promotion of Mallex Smith, a true center fielder, to the club, but Peraza can play center field and can play shortstop, too.

Agreed. Looks like July 4th is the first day Arodys could be back. For McKirahan it's July 20th.

Interesting note on McKirahan . . . if he comes back on 7/20 and sticks on the roster the rest of the year, he will have 92 days on the active roster. The cutoff on a rule 5 guy is 90 days. So this would allow us to keep him and option him down to the minors if he doesn't happen to make the 2016 OD roster.

Kinda expect to see him THE DAY he's eligible, but you never know.
