I think a top pick is in stone. I'm about ready to write us in the top 10 for next year too. Right now I'm confident in 1 starter (miller) going into next season

With as deep as next years FA class, no reason not to pursue some of the top pitchers, whether they'd sign in Atl is another story.

Barring a comeback, only 6 or 7 in the L column for the 1st pick.
Still seems like an uphill climb but you never know.

I think it's a fine line pulling for us to lose. We'll definetely get better young talent, but it could make it harder to get mlb talent to sign here

Entering today the Braves managed to move up a spot in WRC+ in the NL thanks to the Marlins suckitude. However after tonight the Phillies may very well have passed them. Time will tell on that one. In other news the Phillies have past the Braves in runs scored so we are now 13th in the NL. Heading in the right direction for sure.

Or don't call him up and trade him in the offseason to some team that thinks he has a lot of value to their team.
