I used think caffeine really didn't have an effect on me. Like it was just a placebo or something. However I do think caffeine makes a slight difference over the course of my day. I am all about Red Bull zero.

The company I work for distributes Monster. I like them and they have a nice varity of flavors. You dont really crash either. Expensive though. Sone places they are 3$.

I like the Monsters. Never had a Red Bull.
