I expect us to add a lefty OF bat in the next 24 hours. Might be Crawford or Arcia , or someone we haven't thought of yet, but no way they have Frenchy taking all the plate appearances against RHP the next 2 months.

Considering that Bonofacio is in the lineup tonight....I think that's our counter move

There is also the issue that Bonifacio hits lefties a lot better than righties. .706 career OPS against lefties, .630 against righties.

Nope service time accrues while on the major league DL. Shae Simmons accrued a whole year of it last year while on the DL.
