He's a little erratic here and there, but he seems like a smart pitcher. He makes the right pitches when he needs to.

This Indian team is pretty dang good I look at them and I'm not impressed in the least, but we continue to play the game and they just do everything the right way.

Statistically speaking among AL teams. 6th in offense, 2nd in defense, and 4th in pitching. #1 in ERA thanks to that defense. So far they have played like a lot of old Braves teams.

I think he's a football player playing baseball, but maybe the raw tools will translate. He has looked better and I don't know what was going on with him prior to the recall. I couldn't understand why the Braves were treating him like a utility guy in spring training. That's probably his eventual role, but he should have had the inside track on the everyday 2B job going into the season.
