Pretty simple. And yes there are only 3 choices because if you like Pierce Brosnan you should just go back to watching whatever horrible movies you enjoy.

Because there are 3 different but great portrayals of the same question. It's like asking who's the better Batman, Bale or Keaton, you have a legitimate argument for either depending on preference. I love Connery's Bond, I love Moore's bond, and Craig's Bond all for different reasons. Moore played the best light hearted Bond, Craig the most serious, and Connery somewhere in between. I personally prefer Craig for the same reason I prefer Bale as Batman, realism. Connery's Bond films are almost comical to watch at this point for how silly the action is. Obviously an actor shouldn't be damned for the technology he has to work with. But I think overall when you look at their roles I think that Craig has yet to turn in a poor performance I think Connery did, he didn't even really like the role to be honest.
