Wet foot/dry foot gone.
They can still claim asylum in the US.
Will they go into the international f/a pool? Are they off limits? Some other process?

I am in Miami for a few days...I will do some sleuthing and report back to the board
I don't see how it would necessarily change. I thought almost every Cuban defector went to some Caribbean nation first and worked through paperwork for coming to the US from there.
