Will he be able to play in spring training?

The First Lady/physiology doctor says that the olecranon process ought not offer any unique healing challenges nor exceptional recovery risks, no matter how he injured it, as long as he has given it a proper healing environment and time.

I said he broke it September, asked if he'd be good to go by February, and she laughed at me. So I'm thinking he's good.

The reports at the time indicated that, barring a complication or setback, he would be healed by January. There have been no known complications or setbacks, but the Braves are notoriously private about injuries. I would easily believe that, if he did have a setback, we would not know about it until he is scheduled to report for spring training.
