SimLeague Baseball Games

Do any of you play these types of games, or have you? I forgot they existed and have never played, but are they fun? And which have you guys played?

I used to do OOTP, they were fun and a solid time killer. It is/was tough to find a good, active league, though.

Can't you just play solo? I wish it weren't $40.

If you google OOTP and find their main site, I forget what the exact domain is....but...they have a forums sections where leagues post if they are in need of owners. You don't need to own the game to join most of them.

Sporting news used to offer Strat O Matic which is awesome but I believe they don't carry it anymore. Strat online is fun. Draft a roster within a salary cap, set line ups, pitching staffs, pinch runners and every night the SIM runs a three game series for you
