Even if it's 1 at the break it still under values him because the defensive component is not accurate. The pitcher is the primary run preventer. A left fielder can not have a material impact on run prevention to devalue sick a good offensive player as much as it does.

Perfect example is the 9th inning... FF up who was 0-4 with the MVP on deck. The brewers wanted no part of KEMvP in clutch time. Was it the right decision to go after FF? There was no right decision bc KEMvP was gonna win it if FF didn't
