What is most baffling is that Kemp was the last out and he subbed for him, but he could have also doubled switched with another pitcher so he doesn't come up in a run scoring situation. You have 16 man bullpen.

I didn't get to watch the game, and just looked at the box score. Did Snitker really use Markakis as a pinch runner for someone other than Kemp or maybe Flowers?

Adams is nowhere near fast, but surely he's got at least comparable speed to this version of Markakis.
