I'd honestly promote Pache out of that simply due to this problem. The summer Florida rain EVERY SINGLE DAY has begun and that's got to throw someone off. Honestly, think that's part of the reason for the Acuna/Riley promotions last year, but then Acuna did something no one expected from him.

I'd definitely have a different sentiment if it wasn't Florida, but it's Florida and it freaking rains every evening in Florida it seems like. Dumb to put your A+ team in Florida if you really think some players need serious development time at A+.
