This is a thread for random thoughts that pop into your head on a given day. I'll get us started:

Yesterday I was thinking how different things would be for humans if we pooped as much as birds poop. We'd have to have bathrooms everywhere. Our water bills would be much higher. It would be acceptable for people to be late to things, because they'd always have to stop by a bathroom. Sports would be completely different. I mean there would be constant pooping on the field or the court. We'd have to have toilets in cars.

I think in the end we'd just have to accept people crapping all over the place and stop using bathrooms altogether.

On the invisionfree, you could choose which forums to have censored words...

Well, OTHER myths could be true that would have much more of an impact than Jesus coming back. But outside far-fetched nonsense? One or two things, I am sure. Knowing aliens exist and making contact will be two incredibly different things, for example.

I was trying to figure out why, but then I remembered that an Active Member is someone that has logged in, in the last 30 days/1 month. That would put it right on Game 4 of the NLDS. So I guess it's more of a barometer on weeding out the fairweather fans who haven't cared about the Braves in about a month lol.

He actually used the word surprising. It would not surprise me if we discovered alien life tomorrow. But it would damn sure be significant. That is my opinion, and that is how I took what he said. For what it is worth.

I worked at Smoothie King for 6-7 months when I was 19, and I've been going there recently to use a smoothie as a meal replacement. I finally decided it was a waste of money to spend almost $6 per smoothie, so I finally went out and got a professional grade blender, and it helps that I still remember all of the recipes of the favorite smoothies I had.

Sucks they just lost a daily regular, but good for me I can save tons of money now. :Alone:

If I recall correctly, isn't it when one of our senses is lacking, the others make up for it by being stronger?

I feel like we still needed a good debate at the end of Minority Report. I mean they're just going to completely shut down the program that ended murders just because of one screw up. The movie just assumed that the program had to end, but honestly I think the lack of murders was still not a bad thing. It was just a bit of an overreaction.

It won't be like the matrix. We'll have machines do all the work and the government will divvy up the money. The machines won't take over. They will be our servants. We will only work when we desire to work. We will also have robotics inside our bodies and especially our brains. This will be used to help make us smarter and prevent criminal activity. We won't become fat slobs, because there will be technology that prevents it. Everyone will essentially be able to do whatever they want whenever they want, within reason. It will be the first successful socialist state. The only thing that will end the Utopia will be jealousy of the few elite that will control the world.

This is the future.
