Replacing the Reputation System. Well not really but I'm sure most people will just use the Thanks system only.

To go and see which posts of yours were thanked..

Go to your user profile page, then click "About Me" and you should see your Thanks statistics and it will allow you to search for your posts that have been thanked and those you thanked.
