That is a tough determination. It probably will have a lot do with how things go. Folty is coming soon, Gausman probably has his spot, and Fried has earned his spot for now. I don't really see Teheran getting bumped now, but he could. To me that means a short term battle between Touki and Soroka. If they are both really excellent I suppose they could bump Teheran, but I doubt they intend for that to happen short term.

There's really nobody left that he can turn to "moves wise" unless he throws up his hands and gives up on trying to stay with developing the starters, and even that hasn't worked outside of Fried over recent years. Kimbrel helps, but because he decided to risk building his pen around injury prone guys, he really needs half an entirely new bullpen and that's impossible to get this early.

This is a very important distinction to make. The BP should be used such that the best arms are used in the highest leverage spots against the batters they have the most platoon advantage against (or some other advantage).
