Bacon is the best. I have regular bacon supply of maple cured bacon and its heaven. I make it in many different ways. Usually I pan fry it on low heat. But I enjoy oven and deep fried as well. Prefer pan fried the best

I normally pan fry or microwave bacon. Doesn't really matter how you make it. It's still amazing.

Got a new grill that I can fit a whole slab on (unsliced). Gonna try a whole slab to smoke after thanksgiving

I prefer the oven over frying. Harder to screw up and I like the texture that way mo better .

Went to a fundraiser last weekend where they served "pig candy". Bacon baked with brown sugar/maple syrup glaze.

Also, Peppered bacon thick cut from the meat market is a nice splurge.

Love Bacon, usually on a pan for 8-10 minutes or however long until it's crispy.

Sometimes in the Oven too if i dont feel like cooking it on a pan.

Anybody like rashers? Though I certainly like US-style, pork-belly-derived bacon, using the loin produces damn good (and often meatier) results too.

Seen it used, but never used myself. It is on the cook list though. Many people prefer it.

My wife uses pancetta in her baked potato soup, and it brings the pain over bacon in the same recipe. I would like to just fry up some pancetta like bacon and see if i like it for bfast better or worse.
