From what I heard it was Kobe, his oldest daughter Gianna, the pilot, another player/kid and their parent. Absolutely horrific.

From what I heard Gianna was onboard. Only one confirmed not on was his wife as far as i know

Early reports said 5 people including a non-Kobe pilot, but since we now know there were 9 people, I'd say that the pilot must for now be doubted as well.
