It'd be one thing if this was the Cubs lineup... but he's seriously batting AJP and Francour ahead of Freddie Freeman
I don't care if he is struggling or not, Freeman is still the biggest threat in this offense. That is absurd.

Bobby was masterful at this, he always took a struggling hitter and put him in the 2 spot, to get some fastballs and stuff to get going. Not so much about the fact he's struggling IMO. Was just talking with someone yesterday about the WAY he's struggling - not only does he look completely lost at the plate (and hasn't come close to catching up with any fastball over 92 MPH) right now, he literally just looks like he's "going through the motions" because the team's so bad. The only player in the lineup tonight with a lower batting average is Mallex.Quote:

Freddie has been dreadful this season. Without looking it up I am guessing he's near the bottom in most offensive categories for regular hitters batting third.
