I don't like it.
Ever since I saw Chipper homer off a pitch too close to the plate I will never be a fan of this.
I think it should be the middle of knee. Anything lower than the kneecap should be a ball. The intentional walk thing is a no brainer. Baseball does better with more offense so I understand why Manifred likes the rule change. As an aside I think they should limit the number of times a catcher can visit a pitcher to once per pitcher. And get rid of pitching coach visits to the mound.
I don't mind the strike zone change, but I don't like the intentional walk rule at all. Too many crazy things can happen once the ball leaves the pitcher's hand for me to go for this.
Baseball games take too long, so let's shrink the strike zone to add more walks.

If we are changing the strike zone can we call the high strike again? I swear some zones are belt buckle to knee now
I don't think the game needs to be shorter to attract a wider audience, just less boring. Try to get rid of as much of the tedious stuff as you can.
