That is an individual LOB total. It reflects the total LOB of an individual hitter and duplicates others who left the same runner on base, IE: IF Freedie Ks for the 2nd out with runners on 1st and 2nd, that's 2 LOB. Acuna hitting next also Ks leaving 2 on base and 3 rd out. That total is 4 LOB individually.. But, at the end of the inning only 2 are LOB. The official score is based on LOB at the end of an inning
Anyone know what's going on with CJ Alexander? He received an invitation to big league camp but it doesn't look like he's appeared in a game.
DOB says Teheran was 92-3 yesterday.
If that package happened to net Haniger, signing Keuchel to a 3-4 year deal then makes a lot of sense. Donaldson's going to have to have a monster year to get someone to give him 3 years/$60 million next winter. You'd have Julio, Vizcaino, and O'Day off the books, so Keuchel wouldn't drastically affect the payroll and you could cover most of Haniger's arby payday with what's left from those three. Pache replaces Duvall next winter, and you can begin entertaining offers for Ender.
I still have a really tough time believing they'll make him available unless someone's willing to drastically overpay - while that's a steep price, the fact that many wouldn't hesitate to make a deal like that has to give you the feeling that that's not enough.
Everyone wants to trade Ender for some reason.
His next 3 years are 7.7, 8 and team option for 9 mil. Thats very team friendly for a 3 WAR player, and one whose dependable. Worse comes to worse, he could be the 4th outfielder if you upgraded in one of the other spots, and Pache developed, or Waters took the minors by storm.
Pass on Keuchel imo.
