Remember when some of y'all tried to defend Sims' lack of stuff last week. Pepperidge Farms remembers.
4.22 ERA.
"Dominant"
Mute. Immediately.

Dat Dude!!
I wanna see Fried today. And seriously. Second appearance. Ease off Sims right now.
BP a stop gap option for 3B next year? One year deal?
That's the best swing I've seen him have personally from the left early on. And of course...caught.
I'm not liking all the flyballs Albies hits left handed to the opposite field. He may drive one occasionally for an extra base hit that way, but needs to lower that launch a bit to maximize his skill set.
Having played both positions (not well), there is a fair amount of difference between 2B and 3B. You're further away from the ball at 2B and balls generally don't get right on top of you as quickly. Basic footwork is the same, although the pivot and a couple of other things make 2B a bit more complicated in that regard.
Considering how it started, not a bad start for sims
Great play neck
Jo-gun with the slow tag IMO.. close.
You never know what NY is gonna call. Never
That's a BS overturn.
Safe after review, right call.
Those type plays are NEVER overturned against us. Crap.
He looked safe to me.
Sims with another impressive outing.
Ok...I always remember Lucas Sims as a mid to high 90's guy in rankings. He was always a "great stuff but inconsistant" guy. I do like his attitude. Where is the velocity?? Has he taken a bunch off to gain control? The strike outs have been there.
After giving up 4 in the 1st, sims gave us 5 straight scoreless innings and stranded a leadoff double in the 6th. For a 2nd start, pretty impressive to me
Blair or Wisler would have imploded by the 3rd.
Albies needs to hit the weights or quit hitting the ball in the air
Pleased with what I've seen of Albies and Sims so far.
Sims was a beast after the first inning
Jace last 3 PH chances...
3-3, hr, 2b
Glad fried doesn't get normal work so snit can rest him in Atlanta
Bold prediction - we won't see Fried today
