I didn't because it says I have to log in to view it
Here is a link to ESPN article about this:

MLB teams have enough money to buy and fund thier milb organizations. Some of the changes sound stupid
Lots of interesting proposals. Has an international draft been included in the discussions? I see that more teams are having multiple entries in the Dominican Summer League (and a few are having multiple entries in the GCL and AZL). That kind of stockpiling should be discouraged. Sounds like the stateside rookie leagues (Appalachian and Pioneer) may go the way of the dinosaur.
Signing bonuses on the decline
More independent leagues??
So cut 42 teams (out of 160), and give the players left roughly a 50% raise. Which would only be something like an increase of something like 10% to what team's spend. And of course, they'll push the 50% number for the positive PR.
As I have read, it appears that the Braves will loose their Low A team as they do not own that team. Also, cuts in the GCL would probably cost them a team. Rookie League seems doomed.
Something I had missed until today: the plan to eliminate a quarter of minor league teams was a Jeff Luhnow proposal.
