I saw a projection for the East had the Braves fourth but had four teams within six games at the wire. If that happens it will be a fun year whether postseason is in store or not.

This team is good enough to be legit play off contenders regardless of how disappointing the off season was for most fans.

Soroka's demotion was telegraphed weeks ago, when it was revealed the shoulder soreness that surfaced early in camp would prevent him from cracking the Braves' Opening Day rotation.
