Given how they kept him out of all the trades they made in recent years and how they've hyped him up a bit, I don't see them sitting him as long as he has decent performance. He's hitting .280ish with an OPS just south of .800 ATM, they aren't going to sit a rookie performing like that. Now if he drops off sure, but right now he's not performing like a rookie that gets sent back to AAA.
At any rate, there are going to be at least 4 solid 3B available at the deadline, and a max of 5 teams interested. That's a pretty huge buyers market, and if the Yanks stick with Andujar it's a gigantic buyers market.
