Pretty much Alonso’s award to lose now, methinks, unless Soroka really ups the dazzle-meter to nigh-unprecedented heights the next month-and-a-half.

LOL...someone help me understand the logic sequence here...
Statement 1: Ryu has been better vs RHP than LHP (clearly suggesting the Braves should use more LHH)
Statement 2: True but Duvall has the best numbers against him (clearly saying that his past success means he is likely to do well)
Statement 3: Duvall's 8 PAs isn't enough of a sample size to predict anything (standard understanding of sample size)
Statement 4: I never said it was predictive, only that it happened (.....umm....)
Statement 5: Anyone who disagrees has too much time on their hands, but I am super busy even though I am part of this discussion (....dafuq?)
What am I missing? Why even bother bringing up Duvall's numbers vs Ryu if not to imply they were predictive of his success tonight?
Our old friend Ian Krohl has been suspended 50 games for a second positive test of a banned substance....he was with the Twins AAA team (Rochester)

Greinke 87 mph fastball followed by 88 mph change up....God help MLB if he ever has TJ surgery and gets a fresh ligament in his elbow.
Interesting that, after the Braves take two of three from the Dodgers, ESPN bumps them to the top spot in its Power Rankings—and drops the Braves from seventh to eighth.
