I knew none of you would touch this with a 10 foot pole. The detective who filed the initial report the day after the murders has been relieved of duty with pay and is under Internal Affairs investigation. The Chief says this has nothing to do with the corruption investigation but refuses to say what its about but with their recent track record I would doubt them if they said the sun will come up tomorrow. The 2 cops responsible have both retired and 2 months after they still have not been arrested and charged despite overwhelming evidence they committed multiple felonies resulting in 2 murders and 4 cops shot. Where the police union to protest this. I thought shooting cops was the worst crime ever. Rules for the but not for me.

Interview with the mother of one of the victims. Last talked to her daughter at 4:15. Her daughters pronounced time of death is 5:15. Her daughter sent her a prayer the morning of her murder. You think its bad for the family of cops who get killed? They usually get justice or whoever did it goes down regardless of if they are at fault. Imagine knowing who murdered your daughter, but that person is still allowed to walk around free. The cops involved have already been implicated in multiple crimes that led to this raid, there is no excuse for them to not be arrested and charged already.

Now 4 months into the "investigation" the family has hired a private forensic team headed by a former senior trainer for federal death investigations. Lets see how thats going.....

The independent forensic team has found no evidence that the Tuttles fired at police and a lot of overlooked evidence. Police found that the dog had been shot and killed at the edge of the dining room, 15 feet from the doorway where the cops said it had lunged at them. Some of the bullet trajectories show that cops were shooting blindly into the house at some point. Dennis kept a loaded .357 magnum at his bedside and thats what cops say he shot cops with but it was not listed amongs the evidence or guns removed from the home. Where is this mystery gun? Also many of the shells from the cops guns were still on the ground too.

Independent forensic team finds no evidence that the victims fired at police. Finds it more likely police fired blindly into the house after the initial shot fired to kill the couples dog and hit their fellow officers and the couple.

Evidence is beginning to mount up that the homeowners never fired a gun at police during the raid of the home that resulted in their murder and 4 police officers being shot. A private forensics team hired by the family have said they doubt that the victims fired a gun at police. They dispute where the dog was shot. The lead forensics guy was a former federal forensics trainer for police so he isnt a random quack. Police claim that the Husband shot 4 police officers with a gun that holds 6 bullets. On top of that the alledged gun the Husband is accused of using has never been recovered. The main suspect cop in this case was found to have baggies of heroin in his police vehicle at the scene that he had no legitimate excuse for having. Now ask yourself why a cop who even the Police Chief admits lied about buying Heroin from these peoples home was doing with baggies of heroin. He himself was shot in the face so logical conclusion is that he was planning on planting it at the scene to justify the raid. The Husband was found with his right hand bandaged calling into question if he could even fire a gun much less hit 4 cops with 6 bullets. Either this is some bullcrap or they raided elderly John Wicks home.

And 14 HPD officers have lawyered up. What's that saying they have in law enforcement? "If you haven't done anything wrong then why do you need a lawyer?"



Only 2 of the officers were under investigation for lying to get a search warrant. The rest of these are likely about what happened after the initial raid. Neighbors claim police tried to execute the couple from a window while they were already dead. Police say outside and said "come out with your hands up and we wont hurt you" an hour after the initial raid. The couple was already dead. SWAT then went to a window on the side and shot Dennis Tuttles dead body twice. In addition to comments neighbors have claimed to have heard from police like "let those motherfuxkers die" its questionable whether those were defensive shots or shots meant to murder.
