That he is apparently willing to testify to being directed to contact the Russians during the transition is embarrassing to Trump, because DT has specifically denied it, but it is not really a big legal stick.
Of course, the obstruction question is still extant.
One thing this does do is formally shed more light on more lies. Like I said earlier, if there's no underlying crime, why all the lies?
