For anyone interested, Soroka got lit up in his 1st inning with the White Sox. His defense bailed him out for the first two outs, or else it would have been much worse than just the 3 runs given up. Clearly, his nerves and adrenaline got to him in the 1st. He settled down in the 2nd inning and looked more confident with his pitches. Also, Shewmake knocked a homer for his first career hit in the 2nd inning. Good luck to them!
