Laugh out loud. That was awesome.
I hate foreign prating fools like this. Server in ENgland makes a median of around 6 pounds an hour, which is basically minimum wage, their tips push them up to about 8 punds an hour a bit above minimum wage. In the US a waiter's median income is 5 an hour. It's thrown off by event/banquet waiters who're paid hourly but most restaurants pay less than that. I know at places I've worked servers make about 3 an hour. So if you don't tip them they're working for minimum wage and the restaurant loses money because they have to pay them and you're ****ed.
I haven't been to england, I'd venture your food costs are much higher though as restaurants factor in you tipping your server well enough for them to make at least minimum wage in their food costs. If they were to pay them minimum wage and not expect tips, then your food costs would go way up.

Minimum wage is an anti-liberty proposition that should be done away with. But that is for a different thread.
Tipping is a bit ridiculous in this country. I too tip all the time - simply out of fear of being ostracized. But it's very subjective. The video is right - why is my problem the restaurants don't pay their servers enough?

Well that's up to the business, the OEM, and the business model.
Walmart doesn't want customers haggling because they are meant for quick transactions - in and out.
OEM also have contracts with retailers that say they cannot sell a product under a certain price. When it comes to electronics, the retailers generally go to the lowest possible price because the space is so competitive.
Finally - I have haggled the price on a computer in Best Buy before... It's not like it's illegal. It's just up to the store if they're willing to engage in it. Most stores aren't ebcause the pricing is based on a profit model.
You can certainly haggle online... checkout PriceWiser
You cannot haggle Apple products though.
I believe Apple prohibits any discounts not authorized by them. Son during black Friday stores will offer store gift cards as a form of discount.
