The ACA is one of the biggest failures in the history of this country. What an embarrassment.
This doesn't make any sense... ACA was one of the biggest success stories of all time. How could she step down??

She's resigning because Obamacare has won... or so the White House claims.
She's served for 6 years. That's longer than most in her position previous.

Even the NYT headline states she is resigning "after troubles over health site." To say she is leaving because her mission is accomplished is just spin. She was basically asked to leave, reading between the lines. I'm sure Obama wants a new face there.
