This video/article has been trending on social media, and there's been some sarcastic comments of "If there was no camera there, the guy would've been shot to death, and the trooper would've pleaded he was being assaulted. They also might've found a gun near the body".

Funny, but also disturbingly true.

Thank god there's a camera here, the trooper was fired last week and faces 20 years. for aggravated assault. Should be attempted murder though. Wouldn't be surprise if he gets 1 year of probation.
