    North American Eclipse

Who else got to see it in totality or near totality. Didn't feel like dealing with traffic so I stayed home (well at in laws because wife is housesitting there while they're in france) where I was in like 98% totality It was quite weird how quick it got dark and how quiet everything got.

We were in the path of totality here in Austin, TX. I’m not usually who gets too excited about this phenomena. But I have to admit it was really cool when the temperature dropped, the birds freaked out, and light faded away.

I have to leave to ATL right before it happened but my wife said it was a big bist in SATX with the cloudiness

Yeah the birds stopping chirping was wild. My dog also got real nervous and shaky but that may have been because he saw another dog.

I got to see around 2 and a half minutes of totality. First time and hopefully not my last. It was really cool.
