All we know is how RDS handles a state where he has a supermajority. He is EXTREMELY GOOD at that. We don't know about any other aspects like how to deal with an adversarial Congress or how to do with world leaders (when he went to the UK to meet with them late last year the reviews were not sparkling).
The 'trials' were part of the reason that the narratives of "this is a trap" came about. If those people aren't held to task for their idiocy they will just continue to do it again because of their TDS> We can't now say "OF COURSE THE TRIALS HELPED TRUMP!"
