I like the small details. Like the fact the blue area extends slightly below 100.

Should Florida and Texas choose to restrict housing supply now that there is a bright red indicator?

    Population growing. Housing market healthy.

    What a total disaster.

So if Florida should make no policy changes, what on earth have you been crying about the last few days?

Good to know you've admitted you haven't been paying attention.

The discussion surrounded why is housing so expensive. You guys claim its strictly supply while I'm saying its an artificial demand spike that can be easily remedied.

I'd rather be in a position where we don't have huge amounts of inventories sitting unoccupied.

No bailouts is a free market principle.

    Glad we agree.

I'm a big free market guy as long as it doesn't include enriching communist dictatorships.

I’m glad that all of our problems will be solved once the 100m are deported. No other ideas are necessary. Have a great day everyone and drive home safe

Many of our cost issues can be solved by taking out ~5-10M people (not the whole population obviously) from the population.

First round is easy. Anyone that has ever committed a crime (outside of coming here illegally) is immediately removed. Than anyone that has come here regardless of age/sex in the last three years.

Then you can figure out what to do with the rest.

Free markets allowed this first generation/poor kid to create an incredible life for himself and his family.

So yes - big free market guy within the confines of having a happy/functioning country.

“Within the confines” is where you show yourself not to be one

That’s okay! Different philosophies are welcome even if I personally disagree.
