That’s not how I read it…

They specifically say it’s because of the radar and consulted with the NWS. Being an NWS meteorologist, I have a hard time believing this. Anyone with the most basic radar knowledge would tell it’s pretty much over. Field conditions being poor doesn’t makes sense… the tarp was on an hour before the rain even started.
