Trump would have never mandated the vax and therefore we would never be in this position where there are truly bad side effects that otherwise helathy people are dealing with.

My wife had terrible rashes moving around her body for a month almost immediately following her second shot.
YMMV. My entire side of the family received the vax, aside from daughter and 1 of my nieces. Me and my wife only received the first full round (2 doses) of vaccines in the spring of 2021. We got our first case of COVID a few months later in December and it was very mild. We didn't feel the need to "re-up" after that as COVID continued to trend less deadly and as the treatment for more sever cases became for reliable. The rest of my family has continued regular vaccinations with zero adverse reactions to report.

The vaccine is mostly safe, Research supports that. But at this stage it certainly doesn't seem like it is needed anymore, aside from maybe the immuno-suppressed.

Abortion has time and time again played out terribly for us even in Red States.

Trump took the issue away from the left in 2024 and now they have no clue what to do.

Abortion would be the #1 issue if RDS was the nominee and we would lose terribly.
He literally takes credit for banning abortions. He does it almost on a daily basis. If you think pro-choicers think Trump is somehow more favorable to their cause, then you are insane.

People always point to polling on abortion being legal or illegal being lopsided in favor of legal. But that fact is that it isn't a simple of an argument as whether it should be "legal/illegal". The majority of Americans still believe that abortion is morally wrong. And the older generation are likely to heavily favor it being morally wrong. Considering old people are much more likely to vote, supporting pro-life movements isn't the death knell you think it is.

Statistically its likely you won't get a side effect. Problem is when you mandate it to people who don't need it a statistically small % aggregates to a large amount of instances and thats why we are where we are.

If not for the mandates the vaccine would still today be considered by almost everyone one of the greatest accomplishments of this country in a long time.

Ergo - Trump still takes credit for the production of the vaccine.

He doesn’t take credit for “banning abortions” outside of the heinous act of doing it in the third trimester. He continually says and takes credit for bringing it back to the states which is what many people have always wanted.

Go check out how abortions measures doing red states when put to the ballot.

So are you pro abortion rights except for 3rd trimester?

The only people Biden mandated take it were federal employees.

Not too dissimilar to trump mandating masks on federal property

If you think that distinction matters to pro-choicers, you aren't paying attention.

I think it matters to the pro choices who are in the middle who feel iky about the idea of an abortion but also don’t really think it’s a life until mid way through. Like basically all of Europe.

Does this matter to blue haired Susan? No - of course not.

Anyone who let's abortion rights heavily sway their voting decision (mostly women) will not see a distinction. Especially given Trump's reputation with women in the first place.

I think there is a large chasm of 'Pro-Choice' voters.

Many who believe that women should have the right to do so in the first semester while a large subset believes that women should have 100% automony to get an abortion at any time.

Trump is trying to peel from that first group and a portion fo that first group also doesn't like the idea of third trimester abortions.

And this is the whole premise of Trumps campaign.

Keep 95% of your 2020 votesr and peel off 5% of Bidens 2020 voters.

That equates to a massive victory.

I had significant leverage with my employer even though they wanted me to take the vax.

Significant pressure was inflicted upon private/public businesses to do so. Especially in NY all driven by the Biden regime. Why don’t we skip to where you make your irrelevant point?

My point is that Biden mandated it on federal employees the same way Trump did. Businesses forced masks on people during Trump. Businesses forced vaccines on people during Biden

The outright dishonesty of the logical argument you are using is downright shocking. Pretend there wasn’t significant pressure created from the Biden regime that created the environment whereby businesses began to mandate the vaccine to stay away from “naughty” lists. Not like you weren’t on here railing about all these things in real time.
