there wasn't a super majority unfortunately
i guess you could call it a "historical mandate" but i think you are stretching with that imo

A) There was filibuster proof majority for a (short) time, after that just a simple majority. The legislation sucked - the rollout was abysmal - too expensive, ****ty coverage. End of story.
B) So the 2008 election was not historical? Okay, lol.
- Highest turnout since 1908
- Record African-American and Hispanic turnout
Dude, google some **** or something. This is boring.

After sifting through the incoherent ramblings, I'll remind you that it's me who doesn't believe the government should force women to not have control over their bodies.
I support women's choice to not buy health insurance if she doesn't want it.
I guess that's so-called freedom
Interesting take on Cohen's role within the Trump organization.

"I am your retribution."
Since the Southern District is claiming the crime-fraud exemption to attorney-client privilege, I assume that at some point soon they will provide the reasons why they believe that exemption applies in this particular situation.

That's 2009.
And that's 60 votes.
Not to mention the other preceding bits of formulative legislation that also went party-line.

Reliable ?
Arlen Specter switched parties to avoid being turfed out.
And Lieberman who waffled until the last minute was actually an (I) - as was Bernie Sanders
Interesting period

Also interesting reading Massachusetts politics post Ted Kennedy

Yes, reliable.
Bernie Sanders and Joe Lieberman (you know, the two guys who ran for Democratic President and Democratic Vice President, respectively) were reliable Democratic votes.
Hey Hawk, it is dark at night !!!
That might be the first time the name Joe Lieberman and reliable were used in a sentence.
But whatever -- end of the day we have ACA which my morning reading tells me is still more popular than the Trump/Ryan Tax cuts.
Take time to read Scott Brown's ACA story

and, the term is Democratic -- unless you are now a Rush Limbaugh / Joe McCarthy apologist as well ?
I think "we" all know the answer to that

90% of votes align with Democrats.
But not reliable.
Pull that wool away.
Surprised you of all people end a sentence with "of"
I remember a time when you would scold a poster or spend a page touting your elevated gramatic skills.
Must be hard these past few months.
Maybe you need a break ...
