For a team struggling to find a bullpen identity just days ago, this is impressive. It also shows you how important AA’s moves have been.

Also: Sam Freeman is on the “DL.”

With Biddle's emergence and the trades for Brach and Venters, Snit has some pretty good choices.

While the scoring system in the article is completely arbitrary, and a bit silly (yet adorable), the Braves BP has been good the last 7 days.
ERA - #2 (0.84) only the Astros were better at 0.00
FIP - #2 (1.94) again beaten by the Astros at 1.56
xFIP - #1 (2.26) ahead of the Astros at 2.62
fWAR - #3 (0.6) behind the Giants (1.0) and Twins (0.7)...Astros only had 0.5 because they only threw 15 IP
WPA - #3 (1.14) behind the Giants (1.52) and A's (1.42)
and most refreshing of all.....
BB/9 - #1 (1.27)

Refreshing? That's downright shocking! BB's for both the starters and relievers have been so frustrating, especially because so many have not even been of the "the guy fouled off several pitches" or "he was just missing or getting squeezed" variety. It is, as you say, refreshing to see a good stat on BB/9, even if a week is a small sample size.
Our bullpen really stunk it up in game 1.
