I'll have a soft spot for leading the charge against our king when he was drilled. everyone else sitting on their ass doing nothing and ender jumped the rail and was heading to the mound.

nobody talks about these extensions when they work out for the player.

I liked it when we signed it. But he fell off like a lot of guys do. Worked out well for him.

I would guess a small extension for Vogt would be more likely than for smith (although not particularly likely either)

If the deal does not include cash, I think they do take on the contract. Depends on the trade deal.

I think we would be off the hook for the money because it appears he didn't clear waivers and become a free agent. I'm not sure on that, but I have to admit I am a bit surprised that Inciarte didn't clear waivers and Adam Eaton did.

PS--It appears we have been punked by the Twitter guy.
