Folty typically has much better location of his pitches, esp. that fastball, when he's in the windup and not pitching from the stretch

I think they tried to quiet his windup so he could gain more consistency out of the stretch
Lol the 97 got fouled off as I said...even with very good location. Tough to figure him, given the Phillies are probably good but not a beast of a good team he'll likely have 5 to maybe 6 innings of frustration but good results once again.
