No. He did have a game winning grand slam that same year in Houston though.

    Actually it was in Florida.

    Dont think it was Heyward.
He never got on base, so it couldn't have been him.

Alex Gonzalez wasn't even on the team at that point.

I know McLouth, because he drove in two before Conrad's slam. So, McLouth, Ross, and Prado (he almost messed it up with a double-play ball).

My last guess, which CyYoung31 didn't acknowledge, I actually had listed Prado, Ross and McLouth but then changed McLouth to Escobar.

If it is correct, feel free to ask the next question.

This might be an easy one. Not sure.

Who ended Pete Rose's 44-game hitting streak?

    Wasn't it Phil Neikro?

Gene Garber. Not sure about the spelling there.

This is kind of a tricky question, and I only know the answer because my brother told me the other day and showed me video proof. Which future Atlanta Braves starting 2nd baseman (while playing for the Greenville Braves) scored the first run at the Hoover Met? The Hoover Met is where the Birmingham Barons used to play and also where they hold the SEC baseball tournament every year.

Actually you're just half right. Larry McWilliams was the starter. Garber finished the game.

That was my first Braves game to attend in person. As an 8 year old I wasn't in position to understand the historical significance.
