Id rather talk about what people could do to remove what structural barriers are in the way of black people swimming. As far as I can tell, there are literally zero. We should be creating a white privilege tax to fund new swimming pools in black neighborhoods, and black only swimming lesson scholarships, and black only childcare services, and black only mass transit options to those pools. Only white supremacists believe that blacks can transcend the inherent systemic racism of swim culture to provide any of these things for themselves.
