Weirdly, I agree with Chipstick for once (though he's hardly the first to ever say it). If you aren't making them make the near perfect throw, and sometimes they will, you're being too conservative.

Now, when you get someone thrown out and it doesn't take anything anywhere near a perfect throw, that's a different matter.
